These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OOM ECG Analyzer (OEA) platform, including its web interface, mobile apps, and API integrations. By accessing, registering, or using any feature of OEA, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Kali MedTech Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, with its principal office at 2nd Floor, Narayan Chambers, 20-21, Ashram Rd, behind Patang Hotel, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and during continued use.
- Unauthorized access, data tampering, or impersonation may result in account suspension or legal action.
3. Services Provided by OEA
OEA provides a cloud-based AI-powered ECG analysis system, offering features including:
- User Registration and Role-based Login
- ECG File Upload (CSV, PDF, DICOM, JPEG)
- AI/ML-Based Beat Classification and Rhythm Analysis
- PDF Report Generation & Download
- Holter, TMT, and Resting ECG Processing
- Secure Medical Data Storage and Management
- Subscription Management (Basic & Pro Tiers)
Note: The platform may update or expand service offerings at its discretion.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The analysis reports generated by OEA are derived using AI/ML algorithms trained on clinical data.
- These reports are assistive tools only and do not constitute a clinical diagnosis.
- Users must consult with a licensed cardiologist or physician for interpretation and medical decision-making.
- Kali MedTech Pvt. Ltd. disclaims liability for any diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decisions made solely based on OEA-generated output.
5. Subscription & Payments
- OEA offers subscription-based plans (e.g., Basic and Pro).
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
- All fees are non-refundable once data processing begins, unless a technical failure is verified by our support team.
- Users may manage their plans (upgrade/downgrade/cancel) through their dashboard.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and technology related to OEA—including the software, algorithms, designs, UI/UX, and reports—are the exclusive intellectual property of Kali MedTech Pvt. Ltd.
- Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or reproduce any component of the platform or reports without explicit written consent.
- Any unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
7. Data Usage & Privacy
By using the platform, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, including:
- Collection of personal and health data (PII, ECG reports, device metadata)
- Secure processing and storage in compliant cloud environments
- Data or reports may be shared by users with third parties (e.g., healthcare providers, device vendors) through external channels such as WhatsApp, email, or cloud drives. However, such sharing is done solely at the user's discretion and risk. Kali MedTech Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the security or privacy of data once it is shared outside the OEA platform.
- Data usage is governed by applicable regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and India’s Digital Health Mission Guidelines.

8. Limitations of Liability
Kali MedTech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Faulty, incomplete, or poor-quality ECG data uploaded by users
- Misuse, unauthorized access, or incorrect interpretation of reports
- Delays or service interruptions due to internet or server downtime
- Third-party device failures or integration issues
- Any unauthorized access or data breach resulting from the user sharing their login credentials or voluntarily disclosing report data to others
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the affected service period.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OEA without notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
- Attempts to hack, damage, or overload the system
- Non-payment of subscription dues
Upon termination, your account may be deleted and access to stored data may be restricted.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
- Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
- Both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution before pursuing litigation.
11. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and users will be notified through their registered email or system notifications. Continued use of OEA after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
